a. Online Courses:

Within 7 Days of Enrollment: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund.

After 7 Days of Enrollment: If you cancel your enrollment after 7 days, no refund will be provided.

b. In-Person Courses:

More than 14 Days Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.

14 Days or Less Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment 14 days or less before the course start date, a 50% refund will be provided.

After Course Start Date: No refunds will be provided once the course has started.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@dcmedicalinstitute.com with your full name, course name, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
